We help farmers, energy generators, and insurers make better decisions with exceptionally accurate 2-52 week weather forecasts.  Our award-winning machine learning is grounded in decades of research at MIT/WHOI to produce actionable insights. Job Responsibilities & Required Skills

As a Spring 2023 Engineering Associate, you will work with the science, engineering, and product teams to deliver business and climate impact that matches your skills. Example projects:

1) Deliver a data product that helps agricultural businesses build climate resiliency

    ● Benefits: Process and make our data available in a way that reaches new customers

    ● Skills: python, computer science, product design, data architecture

2) Quantify and communicate the predictive power of our data science

    ● Benefits: Build credibility with clients and the scientific community

    ● Skills: Statistics, python, database, web development

3) Prototype and validate new machine learning methods to add to our ensemble

    ● Benefits: Improve the predictive power of our models

    ● Skills: Machine learning, data science, geospatial data


 ● US work authorization required
 ● Boston region preferred, any US remote OK

 ● Full or part time (40 or 20hr/wk)

 ● Duration is 12 weeks in January-May 2023
